House of Good Vibes Booking Agreement

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and agree to the following terms before booking.

1. Booking & Payment
   - A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your reservation.
   - The minimum stay is 3 nights.
   - The remaining balance is due upon arrival in cash or approved payment method.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
   - The deposit is non-refundable.
   - Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay.
3. Guest Occupancy
   - Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per unit.
4. House Rules
   - No smoking inside the units. Smoking is allowed outside only.
   - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
   - Please keep the property clean and dispose of trash properly.
   - No pets allowed without prior approval.
5. Liability & Safety
   - Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
   - Property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items.
6. Acknowledgement
   By booking through this website, guests acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
7. Governing Law
   This agreement is governed by the laws of Honduras.
